Browsers for Kids

I've received a lot of questions lately from parents about how to set up a browser so kids can safely surf the web.  Here are some links to some kid-friendly tools.

As always, these recommendations are use-at-your-own-risk.  NetSmartz only offers these as ideas, not as guaranteed safety measures.  Please use the suggested tools in addition (never as an alternative) to common sense and established internet safety rules.

KidRocket - a multimedia standalone

KidZui - another standalone

KidsMenu - offers several options for safety

KidRex - online site dedicated to kid-friendly searches

KidGrid - online site listing safe sites for kids

Please leave a comment/review if you've used one of these sites.  We'd love to hear some reviews!
